Six speakers start season in Iowa

Last weekend, six Moorhead speakers started their season early, competing at the Dowling Catholic tournament in Des Moines, IA. Speaking at the two day invite included seniors Alex Church, Camryn Hodny and Lauren Cartwright, juniors Bridget McManamon and Izzy Larson, and sophomore Margaret Dickey.

Results:

Alex Church: 2nd place in Humor, 6th place in POI

Izzy Larson: 2nd place in Poetry, semifinalist in POI

Margaret Dickey: 6th place in Informative
